Competition: Competition schedules and heat sheets will be posted each day on the beach and at www.surfusa.org
Entry Fees: $75.00 You may register on-line with credit card at www.surfusa.org Late entry fee
is an additional $50. Heats will be limited this year. Slots
allocated on space available - first come first serve basis.
Purse: $50 from each entry will be allocated towards
the purse. More competitors larger the purse.
Payment Info: Make checks payable to USSF and mail with entry form to ECSC Surfing, P.O. Box 1070, Virginia Beach,

Deadline: Postmarked no later Monday , August 17th , 2009. Drop
off at COASTAL EDGE SURF SHOP no later than Wednesday August 19. Beach registration
for late entries will be held Tuesday, August 25, 2009 from 5 to 7 pm at COASTAL EDGE SURF SHOP, 316 21st Street, Virginia Beach. All entries received
after August 19 will be subject to $50.00 later fee – no exceptions.

In consideration of acceptance of my application to the 47th Annual ECSC, I hereby release the Virginia
Beach Jaycees, the United States Surfing Federation, their members, the city of Virginia Beach, all sponsors, agents, successors,
and assigns any other person or organizations officially connected with their competition from liability for and all injuries
or damages whatsoever arising from my participation or presence at their event. I
also give my release for the use of photos, film or video taken of me at the event.
I fully understand that I will be disqualified from the competition if I am found guilty of any rules violation, with
no refund of entry fees. In addition, I am responsible for keeping posted of
any changes in the scheduled times.
